The 2 B a Bee 4-H Club had a honey tasting on June 8th with honey's from around the world.  All the honey's were pure rather than the mixed variety that is generally available in stores and has an average flavor.  There was no clear favoirte.  Different people liked different ones, however, members did notice differences in flavor.
